4 min read

At Patch, we think that local news and information have the energy to unite a residential area. We also have confidence in giving neighbors the power to tell their own stories and help to keep each other informed about what’s happening at the neighborhood level.

There are a few various ways to reach out.

News tips and press releases can be sent to your neighborhood Patch editor. Tips/releases for Bloomfield, NJ could be sent to eric.kiefer@patch.com.
Including small attachments is okay, but PLEASE include all important information directly in the body of your email (so it can be easily “cut and pasted”).
Add a single, high-quality photo or image (preferred format is a .jpg). Tell us who we have to credit for the photo (you must own the rights or have permission to use it for a news article).
Because of high volumes of submissions, it’s not always possible to publish all releases or respond individually ? but we try our best!
